"As the first graduate of 4D, I've seen this organization grow from 6 beds in a basement to all that it is now. I'm here to lend my experience and perspective to anyone it may help."

Melissa Twitty
Connection & Accountability Specialist
My personal experiences as a young adult who used substances and had subsequent involvement in the criminal justice system compelled me to effect positive change in my life. Recognizing the substantial influence of criminal records on individuals striving for personal advancement, I pursued a degree in Criminal Justice and ultimately became a Substance Use Disorder Counselor. After witnessing many friends who struggled with addictions and recognizing a need within my community, I opened and operated a nonprofit sober living facility. This work further reinforced the essential qualities of dedication, advocacy, and compassion necessary to support residents on their personal recovery journeys. I am honored to be a part of each resident’s journey, providing person-centered care and guidance to facilitate their growth and well-being.

Jake Sarti
Restorative Coordinator
As Restorative Coordinator at 4th Dimension Sobriety, Jake Sarti brings empathy, structure, and lived experience to his work supporting residents on their recovery journeys. Inspired by his own connection to the healing power of community, Jake joined 4D to help others discover the same hope and transformation that reshaped his life.
Each day, Jake facilitates restorative conversations, leads support groups, and helps cultivate an environment of accountability and belonging. He values the moments when residents experience breakthroughs, whether sharing their stories for the first time or celebrating hard-earned milestones.
Guided by his belief in radical acceptance, Jake strives to make every person who walks through 4D’s doors feel seen, supported, and valued. Outside of work, he enjoys bow hunting and spending time in nature, which offers him peace and reflection. His own path through recovery fuels his passion for helping others find strength, purpose, and renewal in theirs.

Beth Casey
Admissions and Outreach Director
As Admissions and Outreach Director at 4th Dimension Sobriety, Beth Casey brings warmth, compassion, and a deep belief in the power of second chances to her work. After discovering 4D and learning how it began, she was inspired by its mission and knew she wanted to be part of a community rooted in hope and transformation.
Each day, Beth connects with individuals seeking to continue their recovery journey through 4D’s sober living communities. She offers guidance, resources, and a listening ear to help people take their next steps toward healing. What means the most to her is being part of those first conversations that open the door to change.
Beth hopes that everyone who walks through 4D’s doors feels comfortable, at peace, and embraced by the sense of community that defines the organization. Guided by compassion, she reminds herself that every person carries their own battles and deserves to be seen beyond their past.
With a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and years of experience as a social worker, Beth brings both professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to her role.
