Recovery is something we do together.
At 4th Dimension, you are not just moving into a place to stay. You are becoming part of a community.
People come through our doors with different stories, different struggles, and different ideas about what comes next. Nobody is expected to have everything figured out.
What we do expect is a willingness to show up.
For yourself. For your recovery. And eventually, for the people around you.
Life at 4D is built around four things.
Recovery
Recovery comes first.
Residents are expected to actively participate in their recovery, build relationships with other people in recovery, attend meetings, find a sponsor, and begin developing the habits that support long term sobriety.
We believe recovery becomes stronger when it becomes part of how you actually live.

Community
Nobody does this alone.
At 4D, residents live alongside people who understand what it is like to start over. Meals are shared. Meetings happen. People laugh, argue, struggle, celebrate, and learn how to be part of something again.
Over time, strangers become friends. Friends become support. And a place to stay can start to feel like somewhere you belong.
Spirituality
Recovery asks us to look beyond ourselves.
We encourage residents to explore spirituality, meaning, gratitude, forgiveness, and purpose in a way that supports their recovery.
You do not have to arrive at 4D with all the answers. You just have to be willing to ask some bigger questions.

Service
One of the biggest changes in recovery happens when life stops being only about ourselves.
Residents are encouraged to help each other, contribute to the community, take responsibility for their surroundings, and find ways to be useful.
Sometimes service is something big. Most of the time, it is simply noticing what needs to be done and doing it.
What Life at 4D Looks Like
There is structure here because structure matters.
There are expectations, responsibilities, meetings, work, appointments, chores, and accountability. But there is also art, food, conversation, community events, friendships, laughter, and ordinary life.
Some days are good. Some days are difficult.
That is the point.
Recovery is learning how to live through both without having to go back to the person you used to be.
This Is the 4th Dimension
We cannot promise anyone what their life will look like after they leave 4D.
What we can provide is a place where they have the opportunity to build something different.
- A place to recover.
- A community to belong to.
- A deeper sense of purpose.
- A chance to give something back.
Recovery. Community. Spirituality. Service.
This is the 4th Dimension.
